Representative Experience - Investment and Advisory

• Participated in over 40 mergers and acquisitions in multiple roles along with growing and optimizing businesses.

• Started and operated three businesses (two still active) in the logistics, supply chain and renewable energy fields

• Project development of dairy manure to renewable natural gas

• Analysis and recommendation on acquisitions including distribution facilities, liquid packager, railcar maintenance, barge company, short line railroad, trucking company and specialty manufacturer among others

• Network optimization of agricultural chemical distributor, hydrogen producer, inbound products for renewable diesel, pipe producer and others
